On January 31st, 2022, my world was turned upside down after I was diagnosed with Glioblastoma (Stage 4 Brain Cancer) with a life expectancy of 12-18 months. I was given 540 days to live, and LIVE, is exactly what I intend to do with whatever time I have left.

The Hitchhiker's Guide to Cancer is a journey to Defy the Odds as I navigate this new landscape with the help of my friends, loved ones, doctors and people who have been on a similar journey. I will share the lessons I'm learning and the experiences of my loved ones and all those on the team supporting me on this journey.

My hope is that loved ones will get a better understanding on all that goes on behind the scenes as we peel back the curtain on navigating un-chartered territory, and perhaps, this could be a helpful for others dealing with crisis and life-altering events.

Here's what we do know: None of us are getting out of this alive! So why not do it together.
