So honestly I'm going to be so sad this year in 2022 because you guys know Amy Warden right the principal. It's 2022 this year and she has retired and now there will be a new principal in he was such a good principal. So I'm going to be really sad this year 2022. But anyways please have a good year.

This stadium is a real hidden gem. Duluth has its own little yankee stadium tucked away and two thirds of the area has no idea it exists.

Smells like gentrification to me.

Another thing. Pedestrians need to USE THE CROSSWALKS! More signage indicating this is needed!

I drove through your little social experiment and it was a horrible experience. Your ultimate goal is to remove all cars from the equation. One thing you seem to not understand is that most people that visit that area come by car, they don't walk. If you want to continue to push your utopian parking lot painting and yoga, do so, but don't expect people who live outside your city to return after the stress they'll feel after visiting.

Great Idea. But, the traffic changes are a major failure. Closing Buchanan Street was horrible. Every single time I was in Canal, there was no one using the tables. Even in this video, most remain empty. There is plenty of space for a Kids park without closing the Canal Park parking lots.

There should be high speed rail service between Duluth and the Twin Cities. If Duluth to grow more. At least Amtrak service should be restored with 4 trains roundtrip each day.

Been "through" Duluth twice on the way to a wedding of one of your up and coming residents, James Filby Williams. I suppose this presentation occurred before his joining the administration of Duluth. You Duluthians are so fortunate to have him and his family. Duluth looks like a delightful place to live and work and seems to be a serious steward of its ecological, economic, and human-friendly atmosphere.

Duluth, MN is such a special place. I wish you all the best in 2013 and beyond. What ever happened to the high-speed train that was in the works between the Twin Cities and Duluth? I think this would have a huge impact on the economic development of the city. Many people would choose to live in Duluth if they could commute quickly back and forth from Twin Cities, and then, eventually, bring their services to Duluth as the needs arise.

well it certainly looks a lot different from wg=hen I was there in 1974 it was very cold then as well the ship I was on refused to restart when moving to new berth ,so when I got back to the ship my shore leave was all cancelled after that no more sightseeing.

This is all a lie! There is such poverty in Duluth with no jobs and people surviving on pawn shops! Crime is rampant, especially with crime brought in from other cities, along with drugs and welfare fraud. There is a severe alcoholism problem in Duluth! The mayor also failed to tell you how he lost the city millions in revenue to fix city streets, Duluth has the worst pot holes in the nation, causing thousands of dollars of damage every year! Duluth is a hell hole!
