I had needling done 3 wks ago and my fingers are still numb, finger is already contracting back. If I could have a do-over, I wouldn't have done it. I so regret having it done. I should have just left it as it was, at least I could use my hand and wasn't in pain.

You mention no tennis or running after TAR. How about golf? Do the forces in the ankle during a golf swing preclude playing golf as well? Thank you

Your a liar hip preservation will cause you to loose range of motion this guys an idiot do NOT. Let these idiot do valgus osteotomy and hip preservation on you you will regret it

Your thought on calcaneus bone spurs at the insertion of Achilles tendon. Terrified to get the surgery but nothing conservative has seemed to improve symptoms and infact has increased pain and decrease of mobility.

Thank you Dr Vitale. Does light stretching of the hand with the disease help delay or accelerate the symptoms ? I am In the early stages (pinky and ring finger) and want to stretch mine in hopes it slows down the curling of the fingers.

Needling does not work, neither does massage or splint...operation is the only way.

Thank you Dr. Vitale for this informative video. It took 20 years but thanks to open-minded doctors like you and Dr. Eaton we have many NA practitioners here in the USA now. Fortunately for those of us afflicted with this disease Dr. Eaton was willing to listen to what I had to say when I introduced him to the N/A procedure around the turn of the century. I learned about it from the now retired Dr. Badois in France. He performed NA on me twice and I began my quest to bring it to the USA. Kudos to you for what you are doing, sir.
