Awesome 👌 hiyhiy
Originally knows as Darling Nelly Grey composed by Benjamin Hanby in 1856.
nice work Morgan Grace. Who's your guitar player?
Perfect sound all the way through. My grandparents used to play this song together at the kitchen table. Grandma on the acoustic and grandpa on the fiddle. You guys did absolutely amazing ❤ I see this video is 2 years old, I’m sure you’re a rockstar by now 😊
Beautiful violin and great guitar!!

you guys sure are great I could listen to you all day and night
Very nicely done! And with such a delightful tune :o)
Lovely waltz - my perennial favorite! Thanks you two! :)
Hard song, great job! Is your fiddle strung reverse? My granddaughter is left handed and played for a few years but struggled and hated it. She was supposed to be learning fiddle but the teacher kept teaching classical. Big difference. After 2 years they had her still on scales and bowing, as the classical way. Nothing wrong if that's your goal but if your goal is more Gardenia Waltz then it gets old. And expensive.
I love that song. It took awhile for me to realize why it sounded familiar. I'd heard it all my life but it was something else. Then it clicked. 8th of January = Battle of New Orleans by Johnny Horton. Look it up, your way to young probably to have heard it but it's the same!. Another one is from late '80's. I remember the first time I heard it on the radio. I started sputtering, no no, thief thief! The song on the radio was called "Last Cheaters Waltz". You seem to have a good sized repertoire for one so young so I'm not going to tell you what song they used, and could because it's considered traditional so there's no copyright. I know you're busy doing pretty young girl stuff but if you get the chance, check it out. I know you know it😁. If you can, let me know in your comments section. My grandkids moan when I tell them to look it up, I love it. You are a very good fiddler, by the way. I'm 63 and took it up about 6 months ago. I really could be happy if all I ever learned was Ragtime Annie and Tallahassee.
Wow! Very good!
Love it!
Your awsome Morgan!
You've got a nice bounce in that bow hand, Morgan!! Keep up the good work!
Fantastic!
Fabuleux
aw this is awesome. Haven't heard this tune before
Fantastic fiddling…a lefty playing a righty fiddle…well done!..i can hardly wrap my mind around that!
Actually, it’s strung and setup as a left-handed fiddle.
Thank you Morgan.
