I bought this because the specs on it were extremely impressive as far as the suspension and performance. Subscribe if you love pit bikes!
Definitely not 😮 I'm sorry you might like them. But fact is that the rear forks are too short and other manufacturers nailed it a lot closer to the real feel electric dirt bike man...
I don’t disagree with you! I’m anxiously awaiting a stark, my surron is the same size as my pit bike, and I treat it as such! Thanks for stopping in🤙🏼
Want to sell chi battery?
did chi battery let you return the big battery? I just purchased one was not expecting it to be so big as well. I purchased a 24f nuc controller from Russia. Could not get the damn thing to recognize my throttle. So now I have a battery that I think does me no good because the controller doesn't work. almost 4k in batteries and controllers and the damn thing doesn't work. So im wondering if some how I get Russia to refund me for the controller. That will be nice but I got this giant 1800 dollar battery that has no controller to run it.
Lol no, they wouldn’t let me cancel the order 3 days after I made it. Chi batteries is a shit company
@@Pitstop903 Ya I get that feeling that im going to be stuck with this giant 2k battery that I have no use for.
@@Pitstop903 wow three days? thats crazy. Ya they claim they are a made to order company but still.. come on 3 days you didnt start that battery yet. They could of refunded you and been just fine.
@@marcussmith4913 ya, they are ass lol, even worse it was a weekend so placed order on Friday tried to cancel on a Monday
@@Pitstop903 Good to know
Short and to the point. Thanks for the tips 👍
Isnt the ebmx battery bms linited to 15kw max where the chi battery can deliver 30kw because of a bypassed bms ..... ebmx worries me having pouch cells they coukd swell from all the dirtbike abuse, also id want to eventually crank it up higher than 15kw
Depends on the riding you’re doing, I’m on tight trails and keep around 12kw. Running 500 phase amps would absolutely obliterate any operating system if you found a controller that could even go that high reliably. I personally like the ebmx over the chi. To each is own and after dealing with chi I won’t ever do business with them again
@@Pitstop903 I have a bac8000 it coukd do it no problem but my motor wouldn't do well over 15kw I'd have to change a motor that woukd be the weak point once you get to 15kw and above.
@@MotoAlias yes I meant dc amps not phase amps. That’s my bad. I have ran 650 PA consistently but the torque on trails was ungodly. I’m not disagreeing with you I’m just saying the power isn’t everything when it comes to your set up, if you want to spend the money to go balls to the wall that’s your decision and your money to spend.
@@Pitstop903 obviously it's not everything I've focused more on suspension and brakes and my cockpit and various things first like wheels and tires also but I have a serious need for more power and theirs really nothing I'd rather spend my money on than my bike so no issues there other than just not having enough money 😂
I loved my 19/16 tire setup, with a 64 T sprocket.
Imo that’s the optimal set up for a surron
so what are you telling me to do
Literally whatever you want😂
how high does your motor temps get around? I got two bikes with the same setup now trying to get a ball park idea..
On normal trails it never gets hot, one day I beat on it for about 3 hours straight in the sand and it actually shut off from overheating
I just got some 21/18 Milk racing wheels on my Talaria StingR...yes lost some torque but the StingR has so much more power than a surron that it still feels quick. A bone stock StringR is like a hot rodded surron.
Thanks for the info 👍
Pretty much the same set up im doing. Building the bike from nothing (buying all parts separately). But I’m doing 21/18 instead of 19/16 👍
Im most likely going to pick up a 110 soon. I purchased a used Piranha ZR90 for crazy cheap and it runs like a champ. The price of the Pitster 110 is so much more appealing than a CRF 110. I also enjoy maintaining bikes as much as riding them.
It’s an excellent bike. I’ll be doing a follow up video soon, no regrets and it’s definitely faster than stock crfs
i think it looks good with the larger chi battery but someone needs to make a seat riser kit with a matching battery lid
What size bars did you get? Do they need longer throttle/brake cables?
Dam so no 21" unless one is upgrading power.? im happy you found the ebmx battery man so manny people using them Ugly tall packs and more so the soft case batteries are Just dumb for E moto in my Opinion..
Ye they look really bad with that 3d printed lid especially on the Talaria i think id have to go with the 60v versions
Hell yeah I just got the excat same setup and I havent even gotten the bike yet . Thanks for being the test dummy for us man and making my bank account a little happier lol.
Hey man someone’s gotta do it 😅 enjoy your bike!
Have been kicking around getting one of these. Keep us updated on how she is!!
It’s a great bike. I’ll post an update video soon.
Brother you only have one video. A great video so you should do more 😊 is that pitster 190 fatty in the back??
I appreciate it man, I’m trying to learn how to edit and make content so it’s a slow process, and yes I have a couple 190s. Thank you for your kind words!
@@Pitstop903 good luck. I learned myself on premier pro for some basic editing. Lots of. Videos on RUclips. Hey question for you. Have you ever heard of bosuer motor bikes? Any good?
@@Trophybearer I don’t have experience with them, but they are pretty much the same manufacturer as the sdg/Apollo bikes. Fine for learning but probably not something for an aggressive rider. I know they have full size bikes, but I don’t have any knowledge of their quality or performance.
@@Pitstop903 thanks brother
