A week after winning Lincoln grand Prix, I also managed to win in a totally different discipline at The Gralloch gravel event up in Dumfries and Galloway. A good effort! I was moving road signs at the Quernmore junction all day. It was a glorious day to be stood outside for 8 hours though! Those OGT bars look interesting. I'd have given them ago but sadly they're not suitable for my diet. :( Good idea though.

Do it! It was mega on the gravel. The geometry is totally different to my Madone so make sure you pick the right size frame
You said in your training you wanted to bring cramp on ,why that ?
I wanted to go hard enough in training so that I wouldn't get cramp in the race..... .....it didn't work! 😅
Unreal effort! Bolero sleeves were the difference after all ;-) Would be great to get a breakdown of your bike set-up, chain-ring/cassette size etc. What size Madone did you go for by the way? Cheers!

whats the spay you used when putting the aero base sleeves
Hairspray? sometimes used to stop aero socks from slipping down
Yeah it's just called pre tape spray. It's used for kineseo tape so it's good for your skin
