In this vlog we started our day in Cuenca, Ecuador and visited two towns: Chordeleg and Gualaceo. Chordeleg is known to sell a unique type of jewelry, but we were happy to have found some "chanchito" for lunch! Gualaceo is a larger town/city with a nice market to try "CUY" aka guinea pig! Visiting towns and going on day trips is the best way to learn the authentic culture of a country!

We took a bus ride from Cuenca and arrived at Cajas National Park! We chose to do route #2 towards Cerro San Luis! The hike was only supposed to take 4-5 hours but we ended up taking around 8!
