      Bellaire is mixy , rich : upper class but if you go over certain streets / roads you will definitely be in the hood or sketchy areas. You can be in bellaire cross over to braeswood and it be shootouts and prostitution. Houston is mehhh

    This was very informative. I was thinking about moving to the museum district or Montrose. I looked up Midtown and they was like a lot of homeless people down there. I was looking at a few duplexes in 3rd Ward. I prefer non apartments.

      🥰.Those are both nice areas but they are more on the pricey side. Homeless people are almost everywhere in Houston. I would say if you want a non-apartment vibe move to the suburban areas.
