Those snap rings that you have can impinge the bearings. I had them come on my CaadX from new and apparently they’re not Cannondale spec. You can buy smalley rings without those hoops on the ends.

Mine was acting up and i was bypassing through celenoid, i changed the starter but it still wont start not even with bypass, ignition switch maybe??

You skipped a section on how you found out that the wire on the pcm harness was the problem. I'm having this exact problem with power on the wrong pin which is suppose to be grounded from the pcm
