This was the last day at obx. We fish Bonner Bridge in the morning, nags head little bridge afternoon, then went back to Bonner Bridge in the evening. The sheepshead was on fire in the evening. #fishing #sheepshead #fish #saltwaterfish #sheepsheadfish #outdoors

The wind was blowing hard on this day, but the sheepshead was very active. I was catching fish every 5-8 min. It was tough to net the fish on this day so I put a little rock in my net to get my drop net down faster. #fishing #saltwaterfish #sheepsheadfish #hookset #fish

What type of rod is best for sheeps head fishing?
@@jeaseonglee8247 I recommend medium light rods because you wanna be able to feel those bites. Sheepshead are good at stealing your bait.

@@jeaseonglee8247 I like my daiwa laguna medium light rod with daiwa exceler LT 25000 reel. You want a medium light to feel those bites for sheepshead.

Where can I get sand fleas?
@@weiguo2243 the beach. You’ll have just dig with a rake or get a minnow trap. Something with small holes. Look for those v in the sand. That’s them popping out after wave comes in and push out. Wait for the wave to push out then rake the sand really quick.

How much weight was you using?
Depends on the tide. I switch my weight around from 2oz-4oz depending on how strong the tide is pushing
What was your set-up?Awesome footage.
Carolina rig with 1oz weight. Than I just let the current drift my bait around.

A black drum ? Yes! But big ? Maybe from what your used to then yes but they get much bigger .
