This is my first time viewing your videos. This August I am taking a solo trip to London, including seeing Highclere Castle (Downton Abbey), so I will have to be creative in getting photos of myself in the album I purchased the CM United Kingdom album along with the papers and embellishments that go with it. Will you make a video on how you made your pockets? I love to save souvenirs.

Oh my gosh! I clicked because of the little thought bubble, "There are no rules in scrapbooking." Working on my Europe trip from... 1989! So far I separated the fodder into country piles and have done two pages for London. Go me! Years ago I made a photo album that I'm stealing from. It's so helpful that I'd done that work already. I've already used Google image search to figure out some buildings. 😁 I love your albums and tips

What a beautiful album. I like to include lots of extras in my albums too. I think It's a great way to remember a vacation or special event. I always look forward to seeing your next You Tube video.

What a wonderful tribute - and what wonderful memories at a glance. This is precisely why I scrapbook - more importantly... journal. Of course, I also do it because I am utterly and completely addicted to the process and the goodies, but I live knowing that I am capturing my loved ones in a moment in time, forever. What a great album you have completed. All the interactive details draws me into your adventures and kept me interested into all the details, wanting to physically flip the pockets and the pages! More than a typical non-interactive one. The pages full of photos with the complementing design & papers -yup, gonna watch again & analyze what about your page design made me love it and incorporate that in mine. I have several travel albums that have been on 'to do' list - they'll get the benefit of peekaboo & pockets unlike their bookshelf mates done prior to those. When had to cobble together using photo mounting sleeves and photo tape. I had similar question re: page protectors- I guess you'll be adding them after filming due to glare. Did you use any Fast 2 Fab pages or just paper? Thanks for sharing!

Beautiful album! I have always included memorabilia in my scrapbooks. I find it makes it interesting looking back at the places, prices, airline tickets etc. Thanks for all the new ideas for my upcoming travel albums. Love the pockets. Oh my gosh I love this! It looks like a wonderful trip. We just took a road trip and I brought home so much stuff! (Like you said way more than we’ll use). I was going to do more of a junk journal approach but I think I will just continue on in my CM travel scrapbook like you have here. I’m not a great journaler for the writing portion but you’re right we need to add that. You have great writing! I like the pocket in the back for the “extras”. I do try to make notes about the locations. I too can overwhelm myself with photos.
