How many calories a day do you need to maintain for AT hiking?
That is a really good question…I’m guessing about 5000. I’ve already lost 18 pounds. Hoping it levels off.
We hiked Old Rag in Shenandoah this past weekend - it was tough. Really enjoying your journey. 700 Miles is just amazing!
