It's worse when it's your own family...I have a cousin who always makes a passive aggressive comments and I *always* would just laugh it off or worse do nothing thinking he would stop if ignored leaving me confused ...Now when someone makes a passive aggressive comment I'll say " can you repeat that " or "what made you say that " to put it back on them...I'm not afraid anymore to stand up and call people out ; I was always afraid to confront out of fear of losing people....turns out I kept and trusted the wrong people my whole life , I was better off losing people rather than being mad at myself and resentmentful for allowing people to treat me bad . Not today , I'm okay with who I am and if someone can't see my worth and heart they can kiss my butt .

I like this we need to shut down these sassy ninjas down obsessed with trying to humble us and keep it moving.

I’m not doubting any part of your story but it is your side of the story, I bet if we heard his side he would say just the opposite. I had a bipolar girlfriend and she never took responsibility for anything, it was always my fault I could never do anything right!

I think you are unfair about the ex. He tried to encourage you, read up on it and you give him no credit. You start arguments which he took and when your nice he wonders and you attack him for wondering. You know, he could have been a guy who just had sex with you and not care. Stay alone for awhile...learn to be considerate.

Female I love has bipolar and smokes cigarettes a lot. She also drink almost daily plus smoke weed a lot. She goes cold or silent at times... One day she answers our calls then she doesn't. She claims all men cheat which I'm not like that. It hurts me the most cause she also has other physical illnesses. I understand why she smoke a lot... and drink. It helps with her anxiety and bipolar. She is very open while drunk. I don't want her catching cancer or any other diseases. It's hard to date them but really wanna find a natural cure to help her. She has listened to spiritual meditation music... It helped her get rid of nightmares. The medication turns her into a zombie. I know she loves me but her stress and mental health kills moods at time. She also told me about abandonment issues.... Claimed she thought about suicide before. What hurts me the most was the fact... She is so damn smart. People try to use her at times. She is a sweetheart deep down..... she has this little thug she'll too. It's cute but a defensive mechanism.

It helped me understand more about what challenges my friends face in dealing with my bipolar disorder. I was diagnosed at 19. Now am 57. Up until 5 years ago I had enough strength to keep it in check. (So I thought). Had a breakdown and ended up in the hospital for 8 days. Lost jobs. Lost friends. Lost any will to live. This video hit home with me because my girlfriend is really bipolar. She breakup with me every other week because of my past, money, he say she say trash, and she always flirting with men but accuses me of cheating. We have been together for 10 yrs pulse off and on. And everytime she leaving she comes back because no one understands her or she's in and out of the hospital. It's very frustrating to me and we both want to marry eachother but her mood swings, attitude, accusing me of cheating, and money issues. I don't think I will get to marry my true love but of it. I never have people to talk to about this. Then when I do everybody tells me to leave her alone. She also said leave her alone but she always come right back. Smh I really don't know what to do. Any suggestions on this. Relationship wise and helping her in anyway. I love her so much I will not give up on her.

my wife was bipolar level 3 if I understood the doc I never new what mode she was going to be in but she work hard at controlling it but at times it was hard people in a marriage with one with the condition you except it and work at it they don't mean harm they are releaving stress example Friday night In 2013 she said to me George u don't now how much u mean to me sunday night here last words she said to me I ought to kill my self Monday morning at 5 30 am she had a stroke that killed 3/4 of her brain lost her 7 weeks later the love of my life my friend my lover my wife gone for ever

I have really bad Depression & Tbr I just Hit My Boyfriend Upside his head cause he been pissing me off but then started crying right after... I was wrong but he made me sad so wtf should I do... he continuously making sad !!
