The washing of feet. A Christian couple I know, my best friend, they did this as part of their ceremony. I was touched deeply and cried. They washed each other’s feet. 🥹

Jesus is Lord God Almighty clothed in unsinful humanity and He is the author of *eternal life* to all who trust Him alone for salvation. Yes folks, that's everlasting life, not to be confused with temporary or probationary life dependant upon your performance. Jesus only offers eternal life. Jesus paid for all the sins of all the world at the cross (past, present, and future). That payment is put to your account when you have believed on Christ alone for salvation. This means that saving repentance is realizing that you are a sinner deserving of God's just punishment in Hell and turn (repent) from whatever you trusted in before, if indeed you trusted in anything; to trusting in the person and finished work of Christ alone for salvation. Yes folks, a one time belief is enough. Ephesians 1: 13 sealed unto the day of redemption. 2 Timothy 2:13," If we believe not, yet He abideth faithful: He cannot deny Himself."

I was made aware of the Hebron Lutheran church services by my sister-in-law Donna. Her sister is Debbie Kloos, and her husband is Rick. They're both very involved in the church and Rick sometimes fills in for Pastor Stoops. I'm very thankful that I can now watch the sermon online, seeing that I'm homebound. Praise be to God...
