They are in in S Devon but not is any numbers or size. Sign of the times
@@gaycha6589 seems to me more of the deeper water marks here doesn’t it, yes the sizes are definitely down,
Good video mate! 2 tides are completely different that’s what makes fishing so interesting as you could get nothing on one tide then plenty on the next! Consistency is key! 🎣🌊👌🏽

I do like white mark, the first time I went, I caught 2 blonde rays. I've been 3 times since and have not caught any other rays. I had a go this morning and caught a baby tope, nothing else, also fishing on small tides hasn't produced for me, was wondering if the bigger tides are better, the other benefit is being able to fish off the sand the whole session haha
@@letmikesmash5690 yes I do find it can be fish a little like that, I’ve not noticed to much of a difference between fishing a bigger tide or smaller, I guess I’ve had slightly more success on the smaller tides over all the times I have fished it, it’s definitely nice once your on the sand 😅
@WayneGrangerAngling Yes, the sand is nice, I'm also yet to fish in the evening as well, I've only tried the mornings

@@mickwalsh8136 usually my more favourite method but I only had my bigger lures with me that I use for bass and Polock

@@TheGun311 hello Thankyou…. Funny enough yes I did on this occasion, I don’t normally with the uprated battery but I’m assuming because I was stood still and filming 4K with the wind sock that was the issue, also this was after about 40 mins on continuous recording
if you use small popups you could've popped the bait up out of reach of the crabs and stayed at the first venue. rays ect still take a bait which is popped up a small way from the bottom. popups also work well for weed and rough ground areas.
@@ed3010 hello thanks for the advice, unfortunately I dint have them with me this trip which was a silly mistake, I usually carry with me but I really wasn’t expecting the spiders to still be in. I have made sure the pop ups live in the box now, hopefully they will have moved on soon.

Get a bass lure on as their right on them mackerel 😉remember only allowed to take two bass home per day, both must be 42cm+ , tight lines 🎣

Give it time to sink instead of reeling straight back in no wonder your only getting a couple
@@johnsimpson3179 hi thanks for advice, I have cut the feathers down so there is only 3 on as using light gear and also where I was dropping them down is very snaggy, i had a full set of mackerel on a couple of times but some got off, it was only the first hook up where I only had the 1,

A session on them boulders will leave in a wheelchair for a few days 😢 OK decades ago, but now like to fish on terra firma venues these days.
@@frederickpritchard994 yes they are not comfortable to fish off, it’s lovely once you are on the sand but still have to clamber over them all to get there

Well done mate keep up with the videos 🎣 just a quick question I’ve just started making fishing videos also and really struggling with finding a mic for my go pro, so just wondering if you could help me which mics would you recommend bud?🌊☀️🎣
Hello mate, so you need to get the media mod to be able to attach a mic, I’m then using the Dji wireless mic, they are not the cheapest but it was a gift, I’m sure there are cheaper options which will work just fine. Or if you are not worried about it being wireless then the media mod mic is a good improvement from the normal mic anyway
