Ideally it should be between 10 and 11 (on the higher end its better imo), even if its a difficult to transition at first, it will help SO much
I agree with this guy, i personally play with 11 speed which was a little hard to get used to but it spreads the notes out for those harder songs
So i recommend you get used to going up by like 0.3 - 0.5 after a while

Heyy!! I not hating or anything but I recommend setting ur note speed to 10.0x! It really helps trust me! (i play at 11.0x speed but a lot of ppl find that too fast) 💗

I would recommend 10.5, i play at 10.5 and its slightly faster but not incredibly fast like 11(or higher)
