Grandma's Pumpkin Bread Pudding
4 c. Bread cubes, 1 1/3 C. Sugar, ! stick Butter, 1 C. Pureed Pumpkin, ! C. Whole Milk, 1/2 C. Egg Nog, 1 C. Cranberries, 2 TBS. Real Maple Syrup, 1 TBS. Vanilla, (Blend all ingredients and Pour over Bread Cubes) Let stand 1/2 Hour. Then Bake on 350 Degrees (Uncovered) for 55-60 Min. Until edges are browned). VANELLA SAUCE: 1 C. Heavy Cream/I stick Butter/1 C. Sugar/2 TBS. Vanilla. Simmer on low until thickened. Coats back of spoon. take off heat and wait on Bread Pudding to complete baking. serve! Enjoy Happy Fall.

Baking time 14 min. 370 degrees. Middle rack. 2 1/2 c. All Purpose flour, 1/2 teaspoons baking powder and baking soda, pinch of salt, 2 rm. temp eggs, 1/2 c. Dutch cocoa, 2 Sticks Butter 9rm. temp. Dry ingredients / wet ingredients then Blend together. ENJOY!!

The cooler weather is upon us for now, so I made a cake today, I like to have a dessert on Sundays. Hard to believe were going into Fall. Hi Milessa. Here it is. 1 c. Wheat flour. 1/2c All Purpose flour. 2 Eggs. 3/4 stick butter (melted). 1 tsp. Baking Powder. 1/4 tsp. Baking Soda. 1 tsp. Salt. 1/2 c. Packed Brown Sugar. 1/4 c. Cranberries. 1/2 c. Pecans. 1 TBS. Orange zest + 1 tsp. LEMON Zest + 1 TSP. ZEST. MIX DRY AND MIX WET. Then combine. Fold in fruit and nuts. Bake 350 degrees for 50 to 60 min. Enjoy!

Poundcake is one of my favorite desserts, and this one looks delicious. I have made it, it is in the oven, and I pray it comes out ok. I will let you know the end result, and I hope I have made your Grandmothers recipe , so she would have been proud. I sugared the inside of the loaf pan, have never done this, but it sounds good!

What a wonderful pie! I love peach pie , have never tried cherries with it, will have to try that. Made my first Strawberry pie today for June. Made some blueberry muffins the other day, when it gets nice outside like this, not too hot, makes you want to just bake something. I did make a sugar free cherry pie for my sister this past Christmas, did not turn out too bad. Always look forward to your video's. Your smile is contagious !!

Your Rice Pudding Recipe looks great. However can you use less Butter ? can i also add cinnamon & nutmeg? How long and at what temperature am i baking the pudding ? First you said 1 cup of Rice but at the end you said 2 cups of Rice ????
Hi RDavis! Yes you can use less butter. This is how my grandmother made it. Also rice doubles. I used nutmeg in my pudding. Cinnamon is fine but be careful too much will turn it darker. The temp is 350 degrees for apx.30-40 min. Uncovered. Thanks for watching. Let me know how you like it ok?

Great to see you back Penny! This is a wonderful strawberry shortcake recipe from your grandma! The cream cheese frosting you made really takes it to a new level! I learned in the last few year’s if you add a tsp or 2 to a homemade whipped cream it will set in refrigerator and not melt! I wish I knew that years ago lol That’s if someone prefers fresh whipped cream to the topping. I love both of your adorable aprons! Great video my friend 😊👍🍓👩🍳
