Xenia Ioannou, is an accomplished entrepreneur who has developed and run several successful businesses. Why are rents unaffordable in Australia a Country with more land per capita than any Country on Planet Earth? The Labor and LNP both want it that way and have had policy after policy to make sure that their MPS Real Estate investments go up in Value.
Politicians want Real Estate to be overpriced? WHY because they all own multiple Properties. Politicians want rents to be overpriced WHY because most of them a Landlords. This is about wealthy Politicians who are landlords doing over the people who voted them in. If you want affordable rentals and affordable houses it is time to stop voting for them.
Australia's Rental crisis is a National Shame that has been created by bad Government Policy after bad Government Policy by both Labor and the LNP. It is so pleasing to see the LNP'S and Labor's combined vote at all-time record lows in recent Elections. Neither will ever get my vote again until this National Shame is fixed.
