Pressure Washing Soft Wash Pump Review
Просмотров 413 месяца назад
So far this little pump is cranking it out, No leaks and runs like a champ 🥊 So far I dont notice much of a difference between the Delavan 7 gmp to Remco 5.3 gmp This pump is rated to handle Chlorine / SH which is why I choose this one. A lot of pumps I was looking at sadly did not offer that. I found another one on Amazon I think it was called Smooth Flow, it was blue & white and it said it co...

Pressure Washing an Apartment Complex Ep 5 - Going over Add On’s and How to handle them

Final Episode coming with how much I Charged Vs. How much I made off of the whole job, “Gross vs Net”. The property manager requested me to go around and wash all the Signs for each of the buildings. Ended up being just over 2 dozen signs & took me 3 hours walking around the property with a pump up sprayer & a garden house. Was pretty easy and up charged them $175 for that or $58 an hour, Eazy ...
Pressure Washing an Apartment Complex Ep 4 - More Wash Process and Paying Your Help
Просмотров 175 месяцев назад
This episode I go a little more into detail on how I wash the breezeways. Side note How much do you pay your hired help to move hoses, spray chemicals with pump up’s, and prep stuff. I paid $18 an hour and felt that was solid pay for doing very basic easy work. Drop a comment on how much you pay your employees / helpers.

Pressure Washing Weekly Trailer Clean Up
Просмотров 615 месяцев назад
What’s up to all my people out there. This video is a reminder that every once in a while or at least once a week it’s not a bad idea to clean your trailer up. Also the Krud Cutter Wood & Deck cleaner chemical was a little disappointing. I used it on my wood fence as well & did not do much. I guess I would try it a full strength. Now I see why you pay for good chemicals. Thanks for watching and...

Definitely hired a helper. I was able to get it down to 2.5 hours by myself. With a helper I was able to cut it down to 1.5 hours per breezeway. Underestimated the job for sure, however great learning experience. I will be posting more on the process, how much I made on the job, & do’s & don’t of the job.

    • @PrecisionPowerWashJax
      @PrecisionPowerWashJax Месяц назад

      Hey Oscar I paid $1,800 for the 6'x12' trailer - brand new As far as the equ I had my local pressure washing store built it for me and that was right at $10 K with all the equ and labor I wish I would have not stacked my hose reels because they bounce around a lot while driving. I should have went with a company who builds these everyday and not the local guy who might build a couple a year, it was cheaper however I would have paid a couple more grand for a better quality built trailer. I wish I would have invested in a better proportioner, the one I have in the video I already had to replace because all the valves crack very easily. I also wish I would have started with a way cheaper setup and built the rig as I go. Def dove head first LoL

    Hey man, really appreciate this video, super informative. The big PW influencer channels never even gets close to making a video this useful. Question though, for wand washing the front sidewalk, why couldn't your surface cleaner be used on that? I'm just learning pressure washing techniques and wasn't sure the reason. Thanks!

    • @PrecisionPowerWashJax
      @PrecisionPowerWashJax 3 месяца назад

      @@cd7336 Thanks dude, I will really appreciate the feedback. That’s one of the reason I do these videos is because the big guys just want you to buy into there stuff 😂 there basic but I get my point across From my understanding you should not put high pressure / a surface cleaner on newer concrete. The complex was barely a year and half old. You can wand it because your far enough way from the concrete. A surface you are right on the concrete. I have been told by multiple people that concrete should be at least 5 years old before using a surface cleaner. If not you can Etch the 💩 out of it. I have only been in business since Jan 2024 and new to the game myself. Good luck out there 🤘🏻
