Yes the bike is good but Suzuki service is very bad they do not want to help the customers and just give excuses.

They are saying it's normal but my bike is with them for a long time and the noise hasn't gone away.

I am not saying the bike is not good, but their service and attitude are not good at all.

@Sachittiwari Sir your vlog is directly claiming issue with bike engine which is actually not... I can understand you might have faced issue with your svc but Suzuki Svc center is actually good not the best but can be relied up on cuz if you have issue just mail them and they do reply and shall help you to get your issue resolved... I would just say check facts before posting a video as you might fall into trouble if Suzuki claims your vlog to be fake... Dat's it... Rest is totally your choice.. since it's your channel.. however, it's just a fact that you may have come from a low end bike hence, you will feel the difference in exhaust note like everyone is feeling with this bike... Even Xpluse 4 V has loud noise it sounds the same...I would suggest ride it till your break in period make sure to read manual to follow the break in period rules and then do first service make sure to be present while your service and then see you shall yourself post a video of sorry to Suzuki!!! @@sandeepmalali2934 sir see my all vlogs as the manager is saying what what they did but still my issue is not solved because that sound is not normal and I think it’s coming from engine. I said them not to open engine as the bike is new and if it’s engine problem then they should replace or do the needful, but they are just refusing to do and saying that the sound is normal. But I road there other Vstorm bike but did not found that noise in other bikes. I told them if you show me same sound in only one bike I will never say you anything and will take my complaint back, but they did not so I took my bike back.

Bhai new bike wo bhi 0 km chali ho first day se he problem ho toh kya aap engine kholne bologe. Qki jab chalaya he nahe toh engine me kaam Q karwaun. Suzuki ko replacement ya refund dena chahiye but ye log kuch bhi nahe kar rahe hai

​@@AvilSachin Bhai isko engine kholna nahi kehte hai , wo gear box chamber khulta hai bas ... Engine kholne ka matlab hota hai ki cylinder block kit aur valves kholna jisse stock compression chala jaata hai bike ka , and that is serious problem kyuki ek baar stock compression jaane k baad na bike me pehle jaise power reh jaati hai aur naa hi mileage . That's why engine khulna is a big deal .

Bhai inki service bahot kharab hai, and inki maine 2-3 bike chalai but unme koi problem nahe thi. Meri bike me problem hai and mai aapko ek aur link send karta hu unke sath bhi yahe problem huwa hai.

​@@SachittiwariSir this sound is there with every VSTROM and it's completely normal cuz its new engine and will make noise for some kms because it has shims and it will make noise for sometime till it gets used to just ride and enjoy the bike after 1st and second service your bike will be completely smooth and you will enjoy it... The only issue this bike has is the left side pulling issue which can be solved by changing the cone set.... Rest is your choice...

Thank you for your support. Actually bike Wahe maine dediya tha Qki leke aata toh ye log agey tension nahe late abhi at least unko yeh toh tension haina ki mai social media pe daal raha hu toh shayad kuch karke de.

Nahe sab check kar liya service centre walo ne but sound nahe gaya, engine ka he problem kag raha hai

Bhai main bhi Yahe Bol raha hu but Suzuki wale log maan nahe rahe hai.

My bike is in there Service centre only and they are saying that this noise is normal and please collect your bike. This Suzuki people are just avoiding customers problem and they are not helping the customer and they are just giving excuses.
