I HATED to pause this to come leave a comment but I could not help it. I was adopted at 9 days old by the most amazing parents. They were much older than other parents to have an infant. I am 54 and my mom is 99 and in perfect health!! and my dad would be 100 right now. I met my birth mother when I was 24 and both my parents got to meet her and thank her for the gift she selflessly gave them. I am so in love with this video and all of the love My birth mother got to meet my dad just 6 months before he passed away and for her to be able to see what a wonderful live i have had, meant the world to her! She has since passed but my two teen daughters got to meet her too!!!

I don't know if anybody else noticed but at 6:21 in orb shoots through between the kid and the guy with the blue and black sweatshirt on and it goes right up towards your husband holding the baby. He had an angel over him then and he was an absolute blessing to be born to parents who clearly loved and deserved him.

I find when I don't eat any sugar or processed foods and stay full of animal products I don't have many cravings at all. Just remember a craving only lasts for up to 20 min so if you can hold... Drink some water with salt in it and you may not want that food that is NOT healthy for you.. one other thing try not eat ANYTHING with seed oil in it,it stays in your body for years and it's worse than sugar.. With all that being said you have to do what works for you and I am not one to tell others what to do because i am a you do you boo kinda girl but if any of this helps then it was worth sharing :) .. I have lost weight many times before and this time I am following the experts that are getting canceled for telling the truth and My body composition and the ease of not eating those poisons foods has been amazing :)

Totally get where you are coming from on the sugar. It can be sooo addictive, but if I try to cut it completely I just wind up binging on it later.

Kinda jealous of the salads! I tried eating more salads a couple weeks ago and was so bloated and nauseous from them.

Lol, I have that massage thing. My cat tried to eat the ball part. 😂
