Hi my name is Caireen. I was taught to knit by my mum and maternal grandmother when I was about 8 years old. I have knitted on and off over the years but I took it back up in 2016. Knitting and crocheting helps me with my anxiety and every day stresses in life. I am an advocate for using knitting and crochet to help your mental well-being.

I aim to create videos to help you with your knitting journey. There are certain techniques that I have come across over the years that may not be out there on RUclips. I also aim to help you with your every day stitches so that you become a confident knitter and crocheter.
