One of the most terrible places to go for. Don't go by the videos online. The bathrooms stink and that too in the most expensive super deluxe rooms. Can't think of other rooms. But only good thing is the activities. The activity guys Vaibhav Naik and Sunil Dhole are indeed excellent. I've never done these things but Vaibhav was so patient and so so good that I actually did it even with my extreme fear of heights. A big shout out for the activity guys. They're really good. There's no room service or option of ordering food outside their bizarre food hours even if you are willing to pay extra. You can get only what they serve and when they serve. They say breakfast is at 9.30am to 11am but starts at 10am so massive queues as you can see in the photos uploaded, as everyone is very hungry and it's very far so you can't get food elsewhere. Lunch time is 1.30pm to 3pm but starts at 2 pm. Tea time is the most bizarre as it's at 6pm but starts at 6.30pm and snacks which is bread and butter and alu bhajiya they give only st 7 pm. Dinner is again 9.30pm but starts at 10 pm. Food is OK. Nothing to write home about. And yes, you're not only expected to go to the filthy open eating place for food but you have to keep your plates too. It's not a holiday place. And they make you compulsorily wear a band on your hand if you want food so where ever you go, their name is seen and you have to wear the disgusting band which is one time sticking so while showering, sleeping and all the time or you don't get food. Also they have one cooler where you are supposed to take your jug and fill drinking water and if you ask for bottled water, they give you the same tap water packed in their own bottles and charge you for it. It's outright a scam. Coming to hygiene, it's the filthiest place. Bathrooms stink, rooms are dirty. Swimming pool is green. The whole place is absolutely filthy. Check the photos. Don't go by the ones online. Those are photoshoped for marketing. The staff is extremely rude and the manager outright insults you if you ask for anything including tea or water. outright insults guests. The owner listens to your complaint but the manager behaves even more insulting and the owner then asked or forced us to leave though that was the best. We were more than happy to leave. With mosquito infested, dirty beds, to blaring music even at 1.30am at night to the train noise, sleep is impossible here. Never been more happy to leave a place. Oh yes, they tell you afterwards that GST is extra on the rate and ask for full cash if you want to save GST as soon as you step in the resort, so that gives you no bill, and you're stuck as you've paid full.
