    I'm a 2-stripe white belt and i struggle with my sweeps and sometimes getting into set up positions so i tried to bait weight transfers but it wasn't as effective as i thought. but this is going to change the game for me. Thank you.

    this is not a reality, buddy...he will frame on your biceps and his shoulder will crush your other hand...you will not be able to turn like that, did you test it live?

      I literally used it in competition vs Marcio Andre when he was in a passing attempt, I use it all the time in the gym and so do students

    Kuzushi...it's what takes uke's balance and makes throw, sweeps etc. easier. 1st thing you learn after ukemi. 👍🥋

      Yeah it’s such a huge concept I guess I always thought it was just about balance but in this case I feel you can use it for all sorts of subs and transitions on top of off balancing for sweep

    Dear god jiu jitsu in socks is somehow worse then shoes . I know your probably injured something, but wearing a metric ton of tape like a mummy is somehow 1000x times better .. cool technique btw

      Haha it’s not the best for balance either, but sometimes the gym is freezing cold so I prefer staying warm when I travel lol

    I've been doing BJJ for a few weeks now, and without hesitation I had my hands ready for the "clap" after the first instructional, and then I proceeded to clap in time with the instructor...
