@@nihonjam I'm a designer so I love cool logos like that! Haven't built yet, unfortunately swagkeys sent the wrong color. It was my fault too, I ordered black but then emailed right away to change to white. They confirmed the change but in the end, black arrived. Through it all, their customer service has been OUTSTANDING!! They're prompt and gracious. I should get my exchange taken care of and in-hands by early next week.

I think they were v1 but I had issues with them only registering partially and not throughout the entire stroke so it was creating chatter and also sometimes not even registering. I have since rebuilt the switches with bottom housings from Gateron Milky Yellow since it is the same material. I just need to reassemble everything.

@@nihonjam should i choice Gateron Milky Yellow or Gateron Milky Yellow pro or ks 3x47

@@quangnhatlamtran1624 It seems the pro is only 3 pin and also the bottom material color is different and sometimes impacts sound due to the material blend. I prefer 5 pin and the Milky Yellow and ks 3x47 appear very similar but the springs might be the major difference between the two.

yes, this sounds really good and this is a big improvement over his original Alice in sound for sure.

@@x3LightNinG feel was pretty good and not a stiff as typical top mount due to the way the mounting points are designed to provide flex.

It is to get a specific sound profile or feel. In this case, I wanted something a bit louder for this board since the other builds I have seen have been a bit quite. Also, I wanted to get something higher pitched over deeper which I found with the nylon bottom, but then the top housing also changed the sound profile and the milky top from the cream sodas sounds better than the milky top from gat yellows for example. So, a lot of trial and error.

I used TX film for this build but you might actually not need film since the tolerance is pretty good. I used popus on a similar build without film and it turned out pretty good,

@@nihonjamthank you! im having trouble with my filmed op blacks. The feet of top housing sticks outs so when i mounted my switches with hard plate, it squeeze the soft bottom housing of opblacks making some switch feels like tactile and very inconsistent.

@@GorKeys yes. so I would recommend no film unless you really want to change the sound profile
