When Swansea City were in the Premier League. this was my favorite away trip bar none. We used to stay in Blackpool. Train to Preston. Then the 'Ormskirk chugger' over the moors followed by the metro in to the stop near the ground. Pub near the station. Chinese restaurant showing live football and the Fanzone. Good beer in the ground and plenty of banter. Goodison will be sadly missed here.
