Magic Breakfast is a registered charity providing nutritious breakfasts to over 200,000 UK children at risk of hunger at the start of the school day and expert support to their schools from local Magic Breakfast staff. A hungry child can't concentrate and could miss out on a whole morning of learning if not able to eat a nourishing breakfast before lessons. Teachers in our partner schools report improved concentration in class, energy levels, readiness to learn, general behaviour, educational attainment, social skills, healthy eating habits, mental/emotional well-being, physical health and well-being, attendance and punctuality; and less loneliness and social isolation, as a result of pupils receiving Magic Breakfast provision.

We should all eat well during the whole day. Breakfast is the first meal and is crucial supporting by healthy snacking fresh fruit and vegetables, lunch and evening meal as a minimum for all citizens. Keep up the good work
