There are only four horses in the book of Revelation, but one of them carries Death. There are seven seals, though, and the seventh is "silence in heaven." *These could also be fiction references. "The Sword of Truth" is a fantasy series by Terry Goodkind, and "The Seventh Horse" is a story collection from Leonora Carrington. "Coal Miner's Daughter" refers to the Loretta Lynn film, quite likely.
