Does that evaporator just sit in there. The evaporator is not bolted down
It is secured in the case with a tight fit once all the case screws are in place & the case is bolted to the truck.

The small screws are 5.5mm or 7/32". Not 7/64" as I stated in the vid. An open end wrench works well on the one that is on the bottom nearest the carpet.

You should use non-staining plumbers putty. You don't want to stain your shower base.

My apologies. I should've edited the volume. I didn't realize how loud the defroster was until after it posted.
wow! This is a really tough work! My shower drain (Oatey No-chalk, similar like this one) start to leak between the rubber ring and the PVC. I'll try to tight the metal ring, which will tight the rubber ring. Hopefully, this will stop the leaking. otherwaise, I need to replace it. I have the similar situation like yours. The space under the drain is very tight, but I will try your method. Thanks!

I dont think you should put putty thats why it comes with the washers
Washers are for the underside, putty is for the top side. Like a sink basket. At least that's how the old man taught me.
Lmfao wut? If anyone ever reads these comments, do not listen to this. Always use putty.
What? Are you serious? You weld the bottom piece to the drain pipe first! That holds it in place and it will not turn! Go inside and assemble the upper piece, friction washer goes on first, sealing gasket goes on second, NO PUTTY!! Thread the upper piece into the lower piece using the tool you showed with a screwdriver!! From the point you started it should not take more than 15 minutes!! Your video showed that drain installation about as Bassackwards as it could go!
