Exactly, Getting over the fear of losing ur gear is one of the biggest hurdles in this game for getting better. It also helps to have fun pvping.

when you cross the border of not having gear fear and the gun fights turn into call of duty matches for you is when tarkov is at its highest for me. my heart stopped beating faster and I was able to remain calm in most situations. it takes some time but when you can handle the mechanics and learn what works for you thats what you run with.

I was the same at first. Try joining the official tarkov discord. They have a lot of beginner voice channels for new players. Theres also other youtubers discords that are very friendly that you could join aswell. But once you find some ppl to run with it gets easier.
