    My transfer case is in High Court Allahabad from Kanpur to Chennai wherein the company transferred while during pendency of computation cases and further terminated on not joining. I have challenged on the basis of violation of Sec. 6-E and Sec. 33(2)(b) and also filed an interpretation of Model Standing Order Act dispute. KIndly share videos where the case has been decided in the favour of workman. In lower court the case was decided in favour of company as lower court did not consider Medical Representatives as Workman and as per the conditions of appointment letter the area of jurisdiction is Vadodara (Company regd. office) instead Kanpur. Seeking your help through video/judgement. Salary has also been withheld since Dec.'14.

    There should be proper transfer related policy of employee,if not automatically the common clause of transfer(almost in all jobs) is instrument of victamisation of employee.

      Effective from 01.01.2017, the existing wage limit for coverage under the ESI Act is Rs.21,000/- per month (Rs.25,000/- per month in the case of Persons with Disability). So if anyone getting monthly salary of Rs.22,000 and who does not have disability will not be entitled to ESI benefits.
