8:40 cool
I just used your method and it worked. Mine was really lodged in to a deep hole on my rockwork. I just held one of my wave makers directly at it. Once it was mostly detached i used a plastic rod to prise it free. Took about 15 minutes all in. Thanks!
Even works with carpet anemones!👌👌
Would have been way better if you were talking throughout and explaining what you’re doing and why and what the stuff is etc etc. but I still appreciate the upload. I’m plagued with sponges.
Great video but the 60s porn music is something else 😂
Where did you get and what is it called, the part you used to connect the thin tubing to the pump.
Hypodermic needle cover
I meant the piece that’s attached to the pump where the thin tubing is attached
I just tried with a long straw. I just keep blowing into the anemones feet. It took only few minutes. Super easy! Thank you!!!
I think it’s awesome that you have a puffer in your reef tank 🥰
Thanks. I think this is the first really good advice I’ve gotten.
Mate........ Youve gotta do a detailed description of the build. Its similar to the pokpo overflow by BUFLKO. But yours looks easier to build.....
My anemon stuck in a hold of layout I can add the pump direct its foot how can I remove it :(
Your puffer is so cute
I achieved this with a turkey baster. Took a couple minutes but it worked.
Do you mean just continuous blasting at the foot with turkey baster ?
fantastic idea!
What did you use for the pump?
Amazon look up dc 12 v brushless water pump 1/2” male thread about $25 now I used to get them $15
@@emiliobenavides186 thanks
Are you able to share the shelf for the pump and the other items?
I'll start by saying I know nothing about the ocean or the life that lives in it I always thought what I now know is an anemone I thought was just some kind of underwater plant ... It's crazy watching his little thingies that I thought was its vegetation reach out and grab the thing you were using to try to defend itself like little arms
It’s actually an animal :)
@@genagimlin2930 yea that's crazy. ...u can't tell me that some of the ocean creatures area some kind of evolved alien organism some of the ocean life is way too strange to be from earth
Fantastic!
The pump idea is cool and I’m gonna start doing it. Nice video
This works perfectly, I just detached 2 RBTA and moved them to another place with this technique. Thanks a lot for posting!!!
Give this dude a aquarium trophy 🏆
So cool
Best RUclips ever
Thank you this worked without hurting anemone
My anemone is stuck in between 2 rocks and I can’t get him out what can I do
Find some way to direct a stream of water toward it foot and they will eventually loosen their hold.
emilio benavides ok thank you very much
This is great 👍🏼. I need to do this.
Can you please tell me what the nozzle is that you used or where to find them. I’m having problems finding anything and want to try this method. Thank you.
Sure, I took a hypodermic needle cover, heated some 3/8” rigid tubing then pushed in place and super glued then cut the tip.
emilio benavides Thanks. I will give it a try. I have a BUNCH of mushrooms that hitchhiked into my tank and I can’t get rid of them. I think this is the solution. 😊👍🏻
Nice solution, can you discribe the type of pump you are using ? It seems like a kind of booster pump. Does it suck up the water by its self or does it need a prefill before start? Thanks👍🏻
@@klirish5 Hey just wondering, did this ever work for mushroom removal?
Can you link the pump that you got?
Sorry I do not know how to add links but just search 12 dc brushless pump on Amazon and have many listed
emilio benavides Thanks!
Thanks, it took me 2 hours removing a large one but this works great and did not hurt the enemonie.
I'm glad it only took your 2 hours and that it did not hurt the enemeneoenameoneoameneaenaeenemaonameneoneneneoonmie
