@@toughcoding i tried from a account with a ended trial period. Even with the 14 days trial over, I can download files inside it, but I was unable to generate the direct download link for the files inside the folder

@@toughcoding Partially. It is "active" but not paid. I believe they leave the files available for about 2 months, even without payment. I can manually download each of the files. As I won't be able to pay at the moment, I want to transfer the files to another new account, and get another 2 months of "free" storage

@@suvinaypawa8278 First you call POST create video API and save guid , then you are using PUT call with Body binary and you choose a file to upload. URL of PUT command will have guid at the end.

there is limit of retries for any shard assigment. in many cases quick solution is to do POST _cluster/reroute?retry_failed=true but I am only guessing without access to cluster
