This morning we attended to a reported leaking pebblecrete pool in Rochedale South after yesterday receiving a desperate call from the occupant who lost over a metre of water overnight.
We noted the water level was well below the bottom of the skimmer box.
We entered the pool and inspected the main drain which was full of debris.
We cleaned the drain and dye tested to see dye being drawn into the top of the o-ring.
We replaced the hydrostatic valve before re dye testing to find it now secure.
We inspected and dye tested the two light housings and cables and the return jets which were still under water.
