On division, the reason why the robot didn't go down is because its a glitch...it happened when i joined up with a friend in his game. But its crazy because it only happens to some people idk why. So i decided to play it on my game and had no problem....my friend than tried to play it on his own and had the same issue. So he joined a random person game and was able to do the mission. Thats the only solution i know of.

@@Grandreaper601 maybe Ubisoft will fix it in the upcoming days. I seen on reddit and here on RUclips people complaining about it . But I don't understand why it only happens on certain people game. Love it their a little thing that needs to be changed but I like it.
Also to unlock more charms you have to do those shrines, shrines are usually located on the edge of the map of the area you doing. Also there are some boss fights on mostly the edge of the map
