I am truly in the ley of his land.. novak fu..s up another saying... so here in norway we have real rehab so it lasts like a 8 months to a year(unlike the money scam rehabs america has) and novak sounds like all the idiot people who work there... I did heroin for 10 years(shot up) and have been clean for 8 years and we all love that you have gotten sober novak but you sound like a rehab pamflet ALL THE TIME and it gets old really fast.... you really drank the rehab cool aid, there is a middel ground between addict and clean and you need to find it novak

No offense to Novak, but this podcast is better when he's not there. We don't have to sit through countless addiction cliches and hear about how literally anything in anyone's life can be tied back to his own personal addiction issues.

Novak is a walking, talking NA cliche. Literally every sentence he speaks is something straight out of a rehab center pamphlet. It's exhausting. I'm glad that he's sober and still alive, but damn does it get annoying. Also, I wonder how Frantz feels about constantly being thrust into the center of an addiction conversation regardless of the discussion topic....

I've heard people complain about novak using a lot of phrases from NA and recovery programs but honestly the thing about expectations becoming unfulfilled resentments is something I needed to hear. From the mouth of Brandon Novak no less haha glad to see he's doing well.
