മൂന്നര വയസുള്ളപ്പോൾ kg 1 ൽ സ്കൂളിൽ ചേർത്ത എന്റെ മകനെ, പഠിപ്പിച്ചു കൊണ്ടിരുന്നപ്പോൾ urinate ചെയ്യണമെന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു എന്നതിന്റെ പേരിൽ ഭയപ്പെടുത്തി ക്ലാസ്സിൽ ഇരുത്തിയ മലയാളിയായ ടീച്ചർ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു. ഈ കാര്യം വീട്ടിൽ പറയരുതെന്ന് കുഞ്ഞിനോട് പറയുകയും ചെയ്തു. കുട്ടി സ്കൂളിൽ പോകാൻ മടി കാണിച്ചപ്പോൾ, യഥാർത്ഥ കാര്യം അറിയാതെ ഇതേ ടീച്ചറെ വിളിച്ചു കാര്യം അന്വേഷിച്ച ഞാൻ.... നിർബന്ധിച്ചു സ്കൂളിൽ അയച്ചാൽ കുഞ്ഞിന്റെ മാനസിക നില തെറ്റുമെന്ന് മനസ്സിലായപ്പോൾ ഹൃദയം നുറുങ്ങിപ്പോയി.... ആ സ്കൂളിൽ നിന്ന് കുട്ടിയെ മാറ്റി ഒരു വർഷത്തിന് ശേഷം വേറെ സ്കൂളിൽ ആക്കേണ്ടി വന്നു. അങ്ങനെ ഉള്ള ടീച്ചർമാരെ എന്താണ് ചെയ്യുക??

@@Vibes_with_bindu 12 വർഷം മുൻപ് ഒരു ടീച്ചറിനെ ഭയന്ന് TC വാങ്ങിയ എന്റെ കുഞ്ഞ് ഇന്ന് plus one ൽ പഠിക്കുന്നു. അവൻ പഠിക്കുന്ന സ്കൂളിൽ എല്ലാവർക്കും പ്രിയപ്പെട്ടവൻ... രാവിലെ സ്കൂളിൽ ചെല്ലുമ്പോൾ gate ൽ നിൽക്കുന്ന security ചേട്ടനോട് good morning പറഞ്ഞു തുടങ്ങുന്നു അവന്റെ ദിവസം... Reception staff, ആയമാർ, ചെറിയ ക്ലാസ്സിൽ പഠിപ്പിക്കുന്ന teachers, non teaching staff അങ്ങനെ ക്ലാസ്സിൽ എത്തുന്നത് വരെ കാണുന്ന എല്ലാവർക്കും പുഞ്ചിരിയോടെ ശുഭദിനം ആശംസിച്ചാണ് അവന്റെ പോക്ക്... അവനെ അറിയാത്തവർ ആയി ആ സ്കൂളിൽ ആരും ഇല്ല എന്ന് തന്നെ പറയാം.. ഞാൻ ഒരു psychologist ആണ് സ്കൂളുകളിൽ ആണ് work ചെയുന്നത്. എപ്പോഴും Teachers ഒത്തിരി വിഷമത്തോടെ പറയുന്ന കാര്യങ്ങൾ ആണ് ടീച്ചറും പറയുന്നത്. മാതാപിതാക്കളും ഒത്തിരിയേറെ വിഷമിക്കുന്നുണ്ട് കുട്ടികളുടെ സ്വഭാവം മൂലം. എല്ലാ കുറവുകളോടും കൂടെ നമുക്ക് ചേർത്ത് നിർത്താം ആ മക്കളെയും.
