They added in a reindeer during the Christmas event you just need to wear a full matching Santa outfit and go into an old dungeon in the caverns of time and you tame it business as usual also a rare chance to get one with a glowing nose.

I have spent 2 hrs standing exactly where you were launching flares every 20 sec but never saw Sul'raka, pretty disappointing.Would have been nice to know you need to do the Emerald Dream quest to go thru the portal SMH

You don’t need to break open those vials. There are pools of the liquid around the area just stand in one till you get 50 stacks, you take some damage but it’s not terrible.
