My fastest run of the weekend in our 1987 XR4x4 Sierra. Ending up 9th overall against some amazing cars. The old school Sierra really holding its own amongst some of the modern machinery with all their electronic driver aids. Our launch control is our Right foot and ABS is non excistant

Hi there , I hope you don’t mind me messaging you,but I watched your videos about the nireeka bike which I found very good . I want some info about the Company Nireeka ,I live in the UK and I am interested in there e-bikes ,but am not sure what they are like to deal with in regards to buying one of their bikes ,they seem to be getting mostly positive feedback towards their products and the reviews are very good ,I just wondered if their a safe Company to deal with in regards to customer support etc thanks Regards Neil
I found them easy to deal with. I ordered in June and received in November but I’m glad I was patient as the quality was amazing. I had a small issue with 1 component and they advised me things to try through the ticket system and when it couldn’t fix like that sent a new component without issue. I cannot recommend enough. The best bike you’ll ever own
Thanks for these demos. How are you coping with eBike insurance for the Prime? I can't seem to find cover for mine here in the UK, given the 1000 watt Bafang motor! (or are you not bothering/taking your chances with theft, damage or pulled over by police?)
Hello Richard. Great video/s! How long did it take for you to receive your Nireeka Prime?
It took 5 months but I’m so glad I was patient and waited rather than settle for an inferior bike. The Nireeka Prime is the most awesome bike. I will try and get some better more adventurous videos when the weather improves in the spring.

No problem. Look forward to seeing some videos when you get it. Mine was the medium frame with big motor, big battery,( I thought of ordering a spare to increase range until I felt the weight of it and didn’t fancy that in a back pack 😂😂) Deore gears 10speed, bigger Rotas on brakes, throttle, comfort seat suspension forks and stand. All of which I would fully recommend. Good luck with it

That's the best thing about the Prime. With it's fat tyres, it grips and climbs the steepest hills. This bike can go steeper than I'm capable of riding. What I mean by this is that I lose balance riding over bumps and stones in steep hills but the Nireeka is happy to keep going. If I was a fitter and more capable rider this bike would keep me going. 😀

I have had an ebike for a year in the uk and i ride it on the road ,just as long as your not crazy and wear a helmet ,yellow jackets etc you'll be fine ,the good thing about these nireeka bikes is they don't look like electric bikes because of the battery inside the frame .I think the ebikes that look like mopeds are the ones that get stopped because its obvious what they are .

Welcome. The next new Event will be a sprint at Sandown on the Isle of White on the 1st weekend in April. I have lots of old footage to go through and if I find anything interesting in that I will post on here

Why did BR decide to use a third rail in the early 1930´s on southern parts? Also what is the base of the track made out of, what materials did the Victorians use? If you look at today´s high speed line they use asphalt. I have heard that some of the base could be clay but doesn´t that give rise to subsidence considering the weight of trains?

Fascinating - I didn't realise steel rail was so flexible.
Con rail is very soft so is very easy to cripple ( bend ) it so hence I’d is done slowly and carefully. Running rail is a lot stronger and you can travel quite quickly installing it as well as being able to thimble it all the way from 1 road to another in one move. Running rail is very flexible sideways but very strong vertically.

How do you ensure there's nobody behind the machine whilst you're doing this - mirrors, or sitting sideways in the cab?
Rear view camera and mirrors and we have a crane controller walking with the machine who can communicate through set comm headsets with me totally hands free
