Lake Victoria Uganda
In this video we show you Lake Victoria in Uganda. Lake Victoria is the world's second largest fresh water lake by surface area and is Africa's largest lake by area. Lake Victoria is home to various water birds and is a source of income for the locals who carry out fishing on the lake. The lake offers stunning views throughout the day but most visitors always target watching the sunset while on a boat ride. The lake is a 3 minute drive from Entebbe International Airport and works perfect for visitors on long safaris in Uganda as it can be a great starting or ending point for some much needed relaxation.

While on one of our birding tours we came across these two Grey Crowned Cranes, very interesting birds with stunning plumage. There was a nearby swamp that is why we were able to capture this sighting, Grey Crowned Cranes are often seen foraging in this swamp. The shots of new births are usually taken by trackers in Bwindi Forest. To respect the mother gorilla, a safe distance is always maintained so the shots are not always crisp clear.
