Good question. I'm not too familiar with keyboard controls in these games (and Googling didn't help me understand) but if you can find the "rewind" key within "Replay" (note: not the rewind UI, the rewind shortcut key) then you just need to hold that, and press "enter" on the Photo icon at the same time. I'll also pin this comment to the top in the hopes that someone who uses keyboard and has gotten this to work can assist you even further... (Side Note: Forza Horizon 5's technique is a little different, as the glitch was partially patched last year. You can only use this glitch after completing a race and not via rewinding in freeroam)

Only if you want a more freedom way to do a cinematic. Rewinding in freemode can be done anytime, but it only limits you to about 30 seconds and depends on how the triggers are pressed down (like a slow motion clip, less pressure = slower movement). Also, if you have FH5, this technique also applies to it, so it looks like PG hasn't patched it yet.
