I have one similar I named cloudy😊😊 the same way the person sale to me with no wing on feathers 😭😭😭 was so hard but now she is happy and never gonna lost her flyingy die or God can stop her

Shes very lucky to have you! I just got a new cockatiel and have a vet appointment for him this week. Hes been a little fluffy and not singing like his last owners said he does. I think hes probably just shy and also hes definitely molting so he doesnt feel 100%. Wish me luck hes okay 🤞

Cockatiels are the best in my opinion. I have 3 females, and honestly, I think they should always have at least one other companion other than us.

Man made things shouldn't be pushed on animals. That uv light was really unnecessary. & people shouldn't be cutting bird wings. I really think it's important to train birds to fly to you. & if you don't want to put in that effort don't get a bird at all!

I got my pair of cockatiels 1.5 months back. male and female. they look atleast 6 months old. i give them healthy soft food , fresh water twice a day, minaral blocks and mixed seeds. they are happy and make a few sounds but they have not started singing yet. i am getting impatient looking at your cockatiels singing songs so nicely. When did your cockatiels start singing ?? tell me about ur experience please.

Ik the video is 1 year old and i hope you are loving the experience <3 Just a tip, if u don't mind, don't use the rope, some birds love to bite those but then they can ingest some fibers and get sick, others don't bite it, but it's better to be safe than sorry. Idk if you already changed that by now, but yeah <3 Great video!! Ty for sharing your experience

Great Video! I got 2 pairs from a breeder last Dec 2022. The 1st pair is lutino and the second pair is albino. One of the albinos has a mild swollen right eye but I am glad it didn't worsen and he's okay now. They were not tamed and I placed them in my newly built large aviary and placed inside my greenhouse in the backyard. I was hoping that they will lay eggs and produce more babies and from there, I can start to tame some of them. It's really fun to watch them playing in a bigger cage and seeing them very happy.

I also have a cockatiel for about 6 months now, the only thing i regret is that hes not that friendly with me yet, i am trying really hard, i bought him from a breeder but hes not hand tamed so i cant get him to step up he will bite my fingers but still love him to death, his name is Hercules :D
