Shin Splints Prevention Workout! *20 minutes* Shins Calves and Hip Abductors
This video is a full workout to strengthen, stretch, and work out the three major muscle groups involved in shin splints: shins, calves, and hip abductors.
Equipment you will need: a step or a stair, an old hand towel, and resistance bands, or an old stretchy long-sleeve T-shirt. I am also using a chair for balance and to sit in instead of sitting on the ground.

In this video we will be using a slider to get a full body workout. I am using a paper plate as a slider on carpet but you can also use a magazine cover, a frisbee, or any glossy cardboard. On hardwood you can wear socks or use a towel. I hope you enjoy this workout!!

Had to run my last two XC races with bad shin splints cuz we wouldnt have a full team so my right leg is completely dead, this helped a lot!
