I had an 2004 4.2. I disagree a ton with the steering. The car handled like it was on rails. I have driven cars like Porsche's and more and they don't handle as well as this car did.

88kw? so it's a non-sport version but custom-painted....seems a bit weird. (Aussie only had 3 engines, 88kw turbo - 112kw turbo sport, and a diesel)

I did Mt Nebo + Mt Glorious, lapped Wivenhoe through Esk and headed back down Nebo onto Waterworks RD. I agree with the backside of Glorious being the most fun. The best part is most people stop at the cafe in Mt G and don't head down into the valley. Its about 3 hours all up, excellent drive, had heaps of fun in my MX5.

There is a space for a standard bottle 0.5l or a can right between the audio unit and the ashtray. It pops out on pressure. Also, the vertical position of the steering wheel is adjustable. These two things were somehow wrongly presented in this review.
