I always refer the 98proto as the « Nice guy Mikey » and the 75k as the « Alpha Myers » 😂 I love both! But the 75k castle is my favorite ! Nag has a new mask called RK (Real Kirk) it does the PERECT closet scene mask! Got one in the way! And I’m on hold for a 75k castle, I have to find the funds in the next two weeks or I’ll lose the spot , wish my luck! 😂

Dela Torre masks are really cool but they aren’t accurate it’s better to get a rehauled tots mask since they are from the movie molds

No DP99? The DP makes a hell of a mask H1 or H2, think it tops the 98 imo, the 98 proto lineage is a bit suspicious

How do I get one ?

I don’t mean to be nit picky. I got one from Rowland, and wasn’t a fan. The whole mask is very pink. And he uses charcoal for weathering then clears it rather than putting another thin white layer. All I can say is his masks are very hit or miss for whoever is buying them. Just know that they don’t look like how they do in pics

The sculpting and molding techniques of the 1980s really achieved an organic and rugged look that’s nearly impossible to replicate today, easily one of my favorite eras for masks. I can’t wait to see how you organize your collection in a dedicated space. A fruit for thought is maybe expanding into busts, life size pieces, or even screen accurate clothing or props would be an exciting direction and good use of the new space.

Never too many masks, I’m running out of room in my house haha. Love this vintage old timey DP mask, for sure a classic 🤘

H4 mask is the scariest one IMO

Really puts into perspective how good the mask COULD'VE looked but the hair, the eyes, eybrows, and shading really ruin the great sculpt, now i see why they went with this, being a producer and seeing this in clay, on a table at the fx shop, it has a good likeness to myers! Yet they somehow found a way to paint and hair it in such a way to ensure it never looks like him. I almost don't want it finished to look like the end product, it would be nice to see someone do this up like an H1 and see how much it helps, see what could've been...
