Got Him on a Hot, Stormy almost Poopy Night 😁
Started at the Dam on Lake Norman down lining in deep water. Got lost running up lake from the storms. Then anchored shallow to connect with a couple nice fish.

I have also used them to make 3 way rigs and these work perfectly. Haven't had any issues with them snagging in rocks or in weeds yet.

Yeah I think that’s why I fish so much. It’s where I feel the closest to Dad and brings back a lot of good memories. I know people wonder why I like fishing so much bye myself. It’s not that I don’t want people to go, it’s the fact that I’m never alone when I’m out there, and that’s my place to unwind and get away from every day hustle for a while. What’s the best hooks to use?
I use 8/0 gamakatsu octopus circle hooks mainly. I also like 7/0 Diaiichi red circle hooks.
