Very useful tool many people don't know about, such a time saver, i would like to add more on what our great teacher taught us in this video, so lightmix is a very powerful but also very dangerous tool😂, i started using it like 3days ago and nearly blew up my laptop😅, I have a very busy scene with almost 200 lights and 4 HDRI so decided to setup light mix with the instanced mode add my lightmix render elements were about 50, after that if i try to render my laptop will just Blackout as soon as it starts rendering😂, i started suspecting low RAM because LightMix warned me but keep in my I have 40GB of RAM 💀, so i decided to package the file and uploaded it to a render farm which mysteriously took 6hrs instead of few minutes it normally takes to render, also is set my output file to CXR so that when i download the render from the farm i can use corona image editor to export different lighting scenarios, so after it was done i came to download the image file and i saw the file was 16GB 💀🤧, i now realized why my laptop was blacking out 😂 So i left it there and taught about my life 😭😂 and I got an idea to try using the grouped lightmix setup so I grouped all light sources to categories e.g accent light, street light, interior lights, etc, then a setup light mix again and i came down to 11 lightmix instead of the 50 i had before and the rendering took about 10mins on the render farm and file was down to 10GB, also i reduced resolution from 4k to 2k😂 Hope this long yapping helps someone 😂

I don’t think there’s any other tutorial as smooth and simple as this for 3ds max + Corona. Either the rest are in Hebrew and such or like they move super quick. Also you suggest us with websites that give us free models, which some of us are in most need of, but didn’t know yet! Helped a lot!😢I hope you reach more people like you reached me. Please make more videos, and help us!

Good video. But the main feature of corona 12 (even hotfix1) is that is slows down the viewports and the whole 3ds max (2021) a great deal. Even if the scatters are hide from hte view. It´s frustrating!
