the chaos surface color is not working for me, I am trying to make the scattered grass to match the surface color but the grass won't change colors, I did the same step as shown in this video, I tried other ways it's not changing. What am I missing?

thanks for this beginner-friendly tutorial and the project files. I followed through and had one problem with the rendering result: in IR everything looked good, and the reference path was all OK, and when I did the final render, the middle wall and side wall textures were not rendered like other objects..... they have a grey color on them. idk why.... and another question: it's my first time using Corona render, it keeps doing passes, will it stop when it reaches a certain pass number or is there a setting?
1st: I can’t tell why your map disappeared when you are about to do the final render but you can try relinking the bitmaps using asset tracking or the Relink bitmap script. 2nd: it will keep doing the passes till the noise level gets to Zero and that might take days. I have never seen the noise level get to zero before. However, what I do is, when it gets lower than 5% noise level, I stop it and let the denoiser do the rest. Also there’s a setting in the render setup where you can set when your render should stop. You can use number of passes, you can use time, you can also use noise level. I talk about this in the Batch rendering tutorial video. You might wanna check that out

How can I make it save different variations of lightmix?
You have to save as CXR file. That way you can open it inside Corona image editor later and save out as many light mixes as you want

Ok to solve this issue, 1) click on the camera view. 2) open your render settings. 3) you will see “view to render” click the Padlock at the end of it. Congratulations!! You have fixed it🥂🥂
