From my point of view current year gap between tracer exams cannot be predicted but based on previous year exam gap last 2 exams were held in 2017 and 2019 and now in 2024.I think exam gaps are based on previous rank list expiry date and reported vacancies.

Qualifications:- 1)SSLC or equivalent AND 2)Any one of the following qualifications a) Draftsman Course (Mechanical) Diploma of ITC (MTI) Thrissur. b) Drawing Group Certificates (KGTE or MGTE) c) Second Grade Certificate secured by Draftsman (Civil or Mechanical) Trainees under TT scheme, college of Engineering or under ITC, conducted by the Ministry of Labour, Government of India ,after a course of 18 months. d) A pass in Building Drawing and Estimating(Lower)KGTE/MGTE and any two of the Civil Engineering subjects under KGTE/MGTE e) ITI Certificate in Draftsman Trade(Civil or Mechanical) or in survey Trade. f) Diploma in Agricultural and Rural Engineerng awarded by the Kerala Agricultural University
