love using trukk with mek and 10 flashgitz and just use it as a objective shooting station and when stationary the flashgitz weap gains heavy on top of the 1 to ranged hit from the mek ;)

I like your positive attitude, and your will to making them work. However, I don't feel they are a great unit. You have to commit tremendously to make them work, and beside blastmaster, sonic blaster is just kind of bad. So easy to counter our AP tricks with cover & armor of contempt.

I can't wait to try this detachment with a Kratos armed with all Volkite muh hahaha.

My number keys don't auto-align my units in specific shapes. Do I have to preset the formations?

Hi. I know I'm six months late but you said you read all the comments so I'm hoping you'll see anyway. I have never played aTabletop Wargame. I want to get into Warhammer. I don't know the rules really. I've watched some games online. I've read some units. I really like Nurgle and Daemons so they're definitley want I want to build, probably along side a small Death Guard army with lots of Nurgle allies. I struggle to follow along to some of these in depth videos on how to play Daemons. No pressure, but if you ever made a video of how to play Warhammer using the Daemons as an example and incorporating the stratergies you talk about, I'd find it incredibly helpful. Likewise, if you have any suggestions of where (online) I can go to learn, I'd appriciate it. Also, what is that program you use to play online? Is it table top simulator?

Awesome video! I have 1 troubleshooting question that you can maybe help me out with- When I used New Recruit to upload my army information to Yellowscribe, I noticed that the advanced details tool tips were not showing for the majority of my units. Happen to know why or how to fix this? I assigned everything from the yellowscribe to the units as well.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart of breaking down the most interesting part of 40K recently. I’m glad it sounds like it would be more competitive too. I’ve yet to commit to an army and demon engines were something I was drawn to, the other being if the dark mechanicus, got an army. (I’m also a big Tyranid fan from a lore a model perspective just not 10th edition rules.) This helped me make sense of what I’d like to do within the hobby.

are red corsairs chaos space marines?

Think it will simply be the separate detachments with the base one being the undivided one which is fine imo

Thanks for the overview. I was thinking of adding slaaneshi stuff to my Chaos army and maybe doing a 1k daemons army. Right now I have a set of daemonettes. Any suggestions on a second box to pick up that would be useful for daemons as well as sliding them into a CSM list? (After that I may buy the Daughters of Khaine spearhead and convert them to seekers/fiends/daemonettes)

I'm thinking of going a different route, instead going extremely high durability, then sit back and hold home and 2 NML obs, potentially the third with Rotigus, forcing the opponent to come to me with Belakors 18" LO and score secondary easily with lots of secondary scoring units: -Belakor -KoS with Whitstealer -GUO with Endless Gift -Rotigus -Horticulus Slimux -The Masque of Slannesh -2 Beasts -2 Beasts -2 Beasts -3 Nurgling Swarms -3 Flamers -3 Flamers -Skull Cannon 2K I play on WTC and WTC traditionally, on most maps has a 'safe' NML objective from opponents shooting, on this objective I'd run 2 Beasts plus 2+Slimux just behind them as a pseudo 5 man, then if they are charged, I can HI with Slimux's unit, forcing the opponent to have to split their attacks against 2 different units of Beasts. With -1to hit from the Nurglings and potentially -1 to wound from Masque, there is very little melee in the game which is killing even 1 beast, aside from maybe Angron, who the opponent will most likely be using to counter the Centre ob castle. The Beasts then beat anything through sheer attrition whilst suffering no damage in return. They can later be picked up and dropped elsewhere once that ob is firmly secure. Shooting is the main way to deal with Beasts, as most melee struggles, and going for the safe objective takes this possibility away. The last unit of Beasts can RI elsewhere, to either threaten a charge on a unit they can lock up, or threaten the opponents home ob. With RI they can deploy to not be targeted by big shooting. Can also be used as a ridiculously durable scoring unit for Recover or Sabotage. In the centre, GUO and KoS hold the ob with 18" LO from Belakor, meaning only medium to short ranged shooting and Melee will have any chance of shifting these. Both of whom are ridiculously tough. Belakor a slight bit behind them so shooting has to come even closer to these two if it wants to eliminate the LO bubble. Masque can also go here if not helping the Beasts or on scoring purposes for the sweet -1 to wound and also the +1 to wound for the KoS. Masque being LO herself can also, situation dependent, be used for sneaky secondary scoring. Rotigus can either aim for the 3rd NML objective, or buff the Beasts with +1D or help either objective out if the opponent tries to flood them with scoring denial Battleline Chaff. He can also help out in the scrum for the centre ob if it gets spicy. Flamers for scoring and incidental chaff clearance. Skull cannon on home ob hidden away, pretty tough home ob holder with T9 W9 and 4++, Aquilons aren't shifting him. If opponent does DS into my own DZ, then can always pick up some Beasts, Rotigus or another GD to deal with them for a turn. List doesn't have a huge amount of damage, but its all about the long game - attrition and highly focused on securing the VPs. KoS could be replaced with Skarbrand or a BT but then it's losing some of the high durability aspect and giving the opponent an efficient target to shoot at.
