I swear, Bleach is literally the only anime that I know where I can say, "you want sakuga level animation, go watch the fillers." Its absurd, yet pretty amazing at the same time
Yes, there were bunch of sakuga cuts in the zanpakuto rebellion arc and the reigai invasion was insane the first 10 eps or so and at end as well.

can somebody tell us from which anime each of those scenes was? I particularly curious for: 0:22 0:31 1:53 2:05 2:23 2:45 (that brief karate scene) 2:47 (and the karaoke girl after that)

This is a great example of inoue putting iso's smoke to work before refinement.

Man, his style is so similar to probly my favorite artist, 田中宏紀. I'll have to look into this guy more, he may be second in line.
